Based on a black and white newsprint image (taken from microfilm and reproduced at left) this appears to be a small wooden board containing 27 names. The name of the church is inscribed over a painted banner surrounding a painted crown and two crossed flags. SOURCE: News of the Week, 5 June 1919.
